Review
So glad you had a generator when the power went out.
Staff was very friendly; great location; great value for money. Food was mediocre but there are plenty of other options.

Losing a Big Customer
Time to complain,I did stay twice in the month of September 6+ 8 nights.
Each time I am asking those to add my stay to Loyalty Programmes still nothing happen so far.
I still have zero point, was mean less to join and wasting my time.
I wonder if I need to travel again to morocco to complain why they didn’t do that.Each time on breakfast the stuffs are fighting who is going to clean the table or bring the missing items from the table.
Reception people are also arguing with loud voice in front of customers.
Room cleaners are the only stuff that is doing to good job.
News paper they bring it in the first day and after nothing.
I pay second stay the executive room to get free internet, the stuff said is not includeeven the key holder ca Time to complain,I did stay twice in the month of September 6+ 8 nights.

Nice Hotel
The hotel is in good location and the staff were friendly and supportive. However, I believe the value for money was not up to the expectation.
The executive lounge is only chairs and tables and no coffee or tea served there!!

Would stay here again
My visit to Rabat was a vacation with a purpose: to meet my daughter's future in-laws and attend the wedding of her future sister-in-law. Not speaking French, Moroccan or Arabic, I was very comfortable staying in this hotel and had all my needs met promptly. The hotel was clean and public areas are well maintained. There were very minor maintenance issues in the room, but were the same things often encountered in good US hotels. Our experience with the food was limited, but the coffee was excellent. In the future, this good location will become even more desirable with ongoing commercial growth in the immediate area. There is a new marina closeby, and there is a mega commerical complex being built along with a tramway rail system. Some complaints
Dear Sirs, we had asked for a calm room but were given a room with a lot of traffic noise. We found out only on the 3rd day that there are indeed other rooms that are much quieter.
We also think that the hotel was too expensive, in particular since breakfast - in our case - was not included.
Staff at the reception were not as friendly and helpful as we would have expected from a hotel of this class. Examples: When we asked for a power cable adapter, we were told that they did not have any, and that we had to buy an adapter ourselves. When we asked for a city map, we were given a very bad photocopy that was almost unreadable.
In summary: Next time in Rabat we will stay at a different hotel.
